Description

A scarce Pair of Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Telescopic Brass Candlesticks, in good original condition, each stick retaining it's wire candle stub ejector complete with brass button. Extended simply by drawing up the inner columns, the one stick is completely firm while it's companion is a little looser, requiring a light twist to prevent its slipping down. More decorative than utilitarian therefore, but fine examples of what today are extremely difficult period accessories to source.
