An attractive Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Brass and Copper Warming Pan of good soft colour, still retaining it's original turned walnut handle. The engraved decoration of a flaming sun to the hinged brass cover, which has an old crack at the edge, still clearly visible, despite decades of hand polishing. A most decorative period piece.Length ~ 114.30 cm. / 45.00 inches ~ Width of pan ~ 31.75 cm. / 12.50 inches ~ Depth of pan ~ 8.90 cm. / 3.50 inches ~ Year ~ Circa 1830.
