This charming Mid 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Lady April" ~ HN 1965, decorated in a pleasing palette of green and pink, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and issued from 1941 to 1949. The underside fully marked in green with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp of the period together with the numeral 15, indicating that this figurine was potted in 1942, "Lady April",, Rd. No. 838505, { for 1940 }, in green script, HN 1965, indistinct Impressed Model Number, in gold script, unidentified Painter's Monogram, AM ?.
