This lovely Pair of Late 20th Century English Porcelain Vases of amphora form, delicately hand-painted by the artist with sprays of both indigenous flowers and orchids bears all of the hallmarks of Reg Johnson's multi-faceted talent, not only as designer, but also as painter and gilder. Superbly decorated, each signed on the body by the artist, these lovely vases offer the perfect introduction to the works of this talented Staffordshire artist, examples of whose work may now be viewed at The Potteries Museum and Art Gallery.
