A large and highly decorative Pair of Late 19th Century Antique French Faience Figurines of " A Gallant and his Lady", beautifully modelled and well coloured, produced we believe in the Sarreguemines area of Eastern France. The fashionable couple, attired in Late 18th Century costume, he strutting proudly with his cane, while his companion shelters under her voluminous parasol. No Maker's Marks but the bases impress marked ~
