An attractive Mid 20th Century Vintage English Old Court Ware Staffordshire Pottery Figure ~ "Achmed, an Arab Merchant", produced by J. Fryer & Son of Roundwell Street, Tunstall, Staffordshire, { 1945 - }. Lovely polychrome colourway, the underside with gold printed Maker's Mark, viz. OLD COURT WARE ENGLAND HANDPAINTED, together with Impressed Title and Maker's Mark, viz. ACHMED J. FRYER LTD STAFFS.
